I use Arcserve2000(runs on windows 2000 server) to back up a server with netware6. The problem is that i get this error message: E8531 Request denied by the client agent.
This resoult in faild backup and the nwagent hangs.
Does it help to remove the nwagent and copy it back ?

If you mean a re-install, yes this may help. However sounds like there is a security issue with authentication.
