Need Help with Web Reporting on CRYSTAL 8 displays on cached data.

I am a newbie to Crystal, I was recently asked to created a report based on data in a MS SQL database. I design the report and did all the custom touches etc. I got it to query the database just fine and sort the data etc etc. However my problem is when go to view the report via the web it is a cached report from the last time I manually refreshed it. How can I enable the Crystal ActiveX Web reporter to refesh the data on load via http:?

I hope my question is not worded to confusingly, and someone can make some sense out of what I am asking.

You can try this:

Under the File menu you have an option to "Save Data with Report". You probably have that option selected. Make sure you unselect that option and then try running the report. This should solve your problem.

This solved my initial problem, however now I am getting prompted with a dialog box prompting me for user credentials, and a parameter field asking for the "Year" is there a way to parse any of these to fields in through a hyperlink. (perhaps noth the authentication that I may have to play around with the database security settings, but the year parameter). Thanks for any help you can give me.
