Need help with this "#deleted"

I'm getting this #deleted in all of my fields for a certain record. This record was not created by me but everytime I delete this record it (#deleted) reappears again. How can I stop this from showing up

Just a guess...

I've had this happen on a linked table. If I recreated the link, the problem disappered.

You are unable to delete that record because it has already been deleted. This has happened to me before but I forget what causes it. Compacting & repairing should fix it.
