Need help with "Low (IIS Process), Medium (Pooled and High (Isolated) 1

I simply need someone to clearly explain .. if you can and would .. the difference between the following:

Low (IIS process)
Medium (pooled)
High (isolated)

When I was IIS and looking at the various settings that could be selected when setting up a Web Folder .. I was faced with these three options.

I "need" to know the specific difference between them.

I hope someone knows.

Please .. if you do .. let me know when you would use each, and when you wouldn't ... "AND" .. the benefit or problems that might be encountered with each choice.
