The problem is the noob (me)!
In Brief:
I'm new to Flash and I'm having difficulty understanding how I can make the menu work correctly. On the first click everythings fine but on repeated clicks everything happens in the wrong order.
In detail:
I want to create a vertical menu that starts with four buttons.
When a button is clicked, a submenu drops from the selected button and the other three original buttons get bumped down accordingly.
I can make it do this correctly on the first click but on the second click (or if other buttons are clicked first) it all goes wrong. Buttons move that shouldnt and buttons that should don't.
Solution sought:
Preferably a tutorial someone has come across that does what I'm trying to achieve. Failing that, perhaps an action script and explanation on how to use it would be just as good.
Any help or comments would be greatly appreciated at this stage.
