Need Help with Multi Select List Box 1

Could someone please help me with a Multi Select List box. I have a MultiSelect Listbox called BSG -Business Services Group I actually have 8 different groups but I will use BSG for this. What I'm doing is when you go to this box you can select staff names which would be assigned to this job.

What I need is to beable to have the list box only display the names selected or at least display only selected names when record is saved. Could someone please help.

I'm assuming BSG will be used to select the staff to do the job etc... but the listbox that displays only those names will be a different listbox that will be tied to each specific project.
You could have a pop-up form with a listbox on it that is populated with all the potential members of staff and this is used when required (via a command button) to do the selection - when you have selected who you want you then hit a Save button and the selected names are then transferred to the listbox on the mainform and are then tied to that project and displayed each time that project detail is shown.
