Looking for help with an issue I'm having.
I have a Legend running the Magix 4.0 V7.0 with a 100D card in both slot 3 and 6. Slot 3 is my local PRI and slot 6 is my LD PRI. I have been running Slot 3 Local for quite some time now, with no issues, but have recently added slot 6 LD.
I had LD on a partial T1 coming in on a Newbridge Channel Bank, using 9 channels and going through a 408 and an 800 trunk card on the system. With that setup, I was able to use a comma (,) for auto dialing from a PC through the switch, and a single pause (1.5 seconds) in programmed numbers on the phone system itself to dial LD number plus the required LD code each person is assigned. These numbers are given to Verison Business from our facility and input in a table at their end. Here is the problem.
Since changing to the 23 channel PRi setup, my programmed LD numbers from before are no longer working. It appears there is a longer pause after the LD number is dialed and the request for LD code is recieved. I spoke with Tier 2 at Verison, and he says, once he receives the number, it is 1 second or less to send the LD code request.
Are there timing settings on this system to shorten the pause between # and code?
Thanks,
John B.
