I have 3 systems in Illinois with IP Office Manager v40. I have successfuly set the hunt groups, but am having trouble with Night Service programming.
I set the Hunt Group, the Night Service Fallback Group, and the Time Profile (from 08:00-18:00). When set to Night Service, the forwarding won't activate, and it goes to voicemail instead of the Night Service Fallback Group, which has only one extension.
Also, is there a way to set the individual extensions to follow the Time Profile, or does that only apply to the Hunt Group extension proper?
