Need help with iframe script

I've got a page that uses various scripts I have collected. One of the scripts was designed for Mozilla only. I modified the CSS to display the menu bar in the right place, but it doesn't load new windows properly in IE.

If you view

http://s92246609.onlinehome.us/desktop/index.html

and click on Teat Page in the menu, in IE it will change the page location to "./". If attempted in Firefox or another Mozilla browser it opens a nice new iframe window.

The script in offense is

I haven't worked with JS much, any help is appreciated.

The window does appear for me in IE, but then dissapears. Maybe the error is in the "set_active_window" function? try commenting out the call to "set_active_window" at the end of the window open function and see if the problem goes away.

Yes. I even tried deleting everything after the code makes the new window through the end of that function and it still happened.
