We just moved one of our branches and here is the scenario.

5 ground start lines coming in that are good at the block. have them going into mm711 board 1-5 however I get no lights at all on the mm711 board after starting up. The lights do come on for the test upon startup.

When I run a display errors I get this:

I get no dial tones on any of the phones inside at all.
Thanks for any help and let me know if I need to post more info.

Basic but...On page 1 of the trunk group from you have trunk type set to "ground start".

That is incorrect. The MM711 accecpts loop start or ground start with a loop current of 18 to 120 mA.

Also, DID and CAMA.

Have you used your butt set to verify that these ground start lines are good?

Exactly, becuase nothing changed on the hardware settings, it was set to groundstart at the old location where it was working correctly.
I have an avaya partner coming out to look at it today.

I have verified all 5 lines are good just using an analog phone and grounding it at the block to get tone.

And the G350 is grounded as well? Not sure if that matters but you would like so...

yes, it is grounded properly that was one of the first things I double checked. I even reseated the card and checked to make sure it wasn't showing signs of failure. I'm stumped.
