Need someone's expertise to assist me with setting up an automatic external transfer on a MICS system.
Here's the scenario-- I'm in a telephone-intensive business and usually work from inside the office. On occasion, I do want to work from home and have my calls automatically routed to my home office number.
I have already setup these two things:
1) My receptionist handling an external transfer to me using an external autodial on the CAP module and...
2) A "hidden" CCR path that transfers the caller should they reach the auto-attendant after hours or on the weekend.
My question is:
Is there a way to have this transfer take place automatically by having my M7310 set at my main extension simply transfer the call to my home office so that I don't have to give out special return call instructions (such as press "8" when you get the auto-attendant, but if you call Monday, you press "223"?
As a side note, my system version is 30meF02 NAT.
Thanks in advance for your help. Please let me know if I can provide additional information.
