Need help with deviceiocontrol API

Does anyone have some sample code on using this API?

All you people that stated VB is as good as C++ where is your answer? Also, I need this for a VxD, I know I must use CreateFile first. SOmeone must have an example of DeviceIoControl.

I haven't ever used this api. Is it part of the Win32 api, or is it part of the DDK?

Thanks for the reply. DeviceIoControl is part of the win32 API, it is located in Kernel32.dll
I am writing an app that will hide registry entries, to accomplish this I wrote a VxD. To call routines in the VxD I
need to use DeviceIoControl calls.
