Something happened to my greeting on our mainline. It says that the subscriber doesn't subscribe to this service. I set up a greeting on a DID number that is programmed on the phone (model 2616) but I can't get the main line to roll over to the this DID. This is an OPT11Mini. Key 11 is programmed to forward calls to vmail but when FWD is turned on it just rings. I don't know what mailbox it is trying to access. Any help is greatly appreciated!

It's trying to forward to the mailbox associated with the digits of the DID.

If you have a mailbox already created, then you need only add the DID as Ext2 within the mailbox and you are done.

The mailbox is 400 which is the DID #. Currently, I have 700 as the EXT2. Should I have 400 for both?
With the forwarding to the Callpilot turned on shouldn't go to 400 mailbox directly?

The key 12 is programmed as: SCC 0400
What does that mean?

Maybe this is better:

Thanks grumpyone60, at least I can rule that out as part of the problem.

Ijust noticed one thing. The FDN had no setting. I put in 390 (which is the voicemail) but it still says the subscribe does not subscribe. ugh!!

You are looking in the wrong area. The recording that tells you they do not subscribe comes from mail. add the dn to the sdn table and point that to your application. The call is getting to callpilot now you need to make the configurations there.

Signature===========================================

If there is a mailbox built 400 and hunt and fdn are set to forward to callpilot cdn / acd then it will go to that mailbox. Now with that said this question was centered around him trying to get the mailbox to answer the call. Another issue could be that his DID is trying to push 4 digits to callpilot rather than three you could try building a mailbox with 4400 see what that gets you. I see nothing here about getting an application to answer the call does there even exist an application?

mbrio if you pick up your phone and dial 400 does it go to the mailbox ? ? ? if it does then I believe what you are dealing with is how many digits are being passed when call comes in. Try to verify trace the call when test dialing it in LD 80 TRAK 003 0 00 00 it will show you what its doing.

Ok, check this out. I miss spoke about the subscriber bit. Sorry to lead you down a bunk trail. The message was, "mailbox 8000 does not subscribe to this service". I had a Qwest tech trace the line. He said it was pushing 8000 for a mailbox. I changed the DN for Callpilot to 8000 and the darn thing works! I don't know why it pushes 8000, but got it working just in time to put those phones on auto. Thanks for all your help!!
