When dialing from the log to an extension our 4621SW IP and 4610SW IP sets a 9 prefix is added. ex 9-3990 for extension 3990

Would like to see it dial just the extension.

Any ideas??

Correction, just need to know :

1. where is the 46xxx.txt file

2. how to get to it

thanks

Basic stuff!!!
It is on a http or tftp server.

Depends. In older versions it is in the Manager directory.

c:\program files\avaya\ip office\manager
or
c:\program files (x86)\avaya\ip office\manager

On a 500v2 it is automatically self created unless you have created one manually to add specific features.

You can edit the one in the Manager folder and upload it to the Primary folder on the SD card in a 500v2.

I understand where it is on http or ftp but not sure how to access that file on the LSP G700 server that's all. the question is how to get to the file itself to be able to change, I have an idea from another thread how to change just can't seem to get to it.

Thx

FYI, we don't have \ip office\manager

Then you are in the wrong place.
You need the definity forum.
