This is the current situation:

x5210 key 0 is DID #
key 1 is rollover

CFNA goes to voicemail.

Need this phone to hunt to x5206 only if it is busy (on either of the two lines if possible - I told them I think it's only for the prime DN); if no answer, then go to x5206 voicemail.

Do I need to change the LHK to 0 and then HUNT to 5206?

Thanks!!!

Made the following changes:
x 5210 LHK 0 and HUNT 5206
x 5206 SFA

This works as the users expects, with the one exception being if the owner of 5210 is on his second line.

He is still requesting the same thing to happen if he is on his second line. Any ideas?

If 5210 is only on the one set it will not work. One thing you could try if you have plenty of extra analog tns is to build the 5210 on an analog tn and make it hunt to 5206.

Do you mean build the _second_ line on an analog and MARP it as well as hunt to 5206?

just this one -- just a dummy number used for a "rollover" although now it will just be a second line...

ok then program the analog it will work...but keep an eye on your post someone else may have a better idea

move the dn on key 1 to key 2. change lhk to 2.the gap between scr keys breaks the short hunt. fna and hta will still work for both keys.
