Hello everyone,

Can someone tell me what does the following log mean ?
Our phones got disconnected very randomly.

Thank you in advance.

3678944mS H323Evt: v=0 stacknum=104 State, new=NullState, old=Active id=-1

3678963mS H323Evt: v=0 stacknum=104 State, new=Initiated, old=NullState id=1712

It's a change in the H323 event state.
on 3678963mS it became idle.

Tick on the filter tab; ISDN or ATM, CALL, H323 and SYSTEM error/print

I think my problem was more like a hardware issue.

It has nothing to do with IP Office.

Thank you though.

So you have fixed it?

Use system monitor unless of course you are a Tard then it IS the fault of the pbx.

I can't tell yet.
In our environment, there is an usb device between pbx and phone set. The device converts the signal and transmit to an application.

It looks like the disconnection only happens to the machine with the USB device. Occasionally, the phone drops in the middle of the conversation.

After I reset the computer and the device, we can use it fine so far. But some users reported last week it still happened after I reset the computer and the device.

It had been fine until last week.
I will need to observe it for another while.

Thank you for asking.

MmmmKay. So what is this USB device? So are you still running-splitting the signal to input to a phone and input to the USB device from the same extension? Digital extension?

Well I suppose sysmon may help out.

Sorry I said it wrong.

This is how it is connected.

IP Office --> Phone extension(line port) -- Phone extension(HAC port) --> USB device (PBX Base port) --> USB device (phone handset port) --> Avaya Phone Handset.

Thank you
