Need help to print

I'm using an IBM 4226-302 wide matrix printer. I cannot get it to print my crystal reports, let alone print an test pages, if anyone has any information regarding how to get the default settings back or how to adjust the printer config's to match up with win2000 it would be greatly appreciated.

check your HCL and if its not there call an IBM dealer to send you a driver for that printer
