Need Help Setting Up Info Line 2

I have an Avaya IP Office 4.2 system with Voicemail Pro. My client wants outside callers to be able to dial a number, be prompted with "for information on X, press 1. for information on Z, press 2". They don't want the outside callers to be able to leave a message but do want to be able to change the message played when 1 or 2 is pressed. I've setup a new module in VM Pro with a menu for 1 & 2, but am stuck on how to send them to a recorded message without letting them leave a message.

Use generic actions and specify a wav file to be played for each action.

I recommend putting in a Menu-action after the Generics as well.
"To hear this message again, press 1, for other massages press 0". (1 goes back to the previous Generic, and 0 back to the start)

And add a timeout to the menus, you don't want calls tie up VM ch
