I've recently taken over managment of our SL1 and have been asked to setup CDR/SMDR for a sales department. Here's what the sales manager is asking for
1. Daily log in/log out capabilities and time of day for each
2. Total Phone time in minutes
3. Total number of calls
4. Actual number that was dialed
The PC I use does have MAT installed and it appears that CDR reporting has been setup? But, I have not been able to get any report data out of it. I don't have the software version(s) of the SL1 or MAT with me but can update that tomorrow once I get to the office. Thanks
