Need help setting up an AA

Is there a good FAQ that will help a new user setup an Automated Attendant. The system is a Merlin Legend R5 with Intuity Audix R4. We currently use a receptionist for all business hour incoming calls and Night Service for after hours.
I am the IT guy and have been assigned this task. I only have very basic knowledge on how to program this system.
I have read through the Avaya pdf's to learn as much as possible. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't seen anything better than at support.avaya.com
They give good examples and explanations. The most important thing to remember is that they don't work at all till U record a annoucement for the autoattd. Do 'list attendants' at the Intuity command line and see if u all ready have some. If u do, look at them and play with them to understand how they work. That will help u alot in setting up a new one.
