I had a unit that has drop off of the wall and the hard drive seems to have taken some damage! I am now getting an error code 33 / context starting PXPHONE the program detects this error and will not allow the program to continue. I did a check disk and found that I have 58 read disk errors so I suspect that I have some scratches on the disk. Please let me know if I can purchase a new harddrive or reformat this harddrive and then reload the software. Thanks in advance.

i have once took apart a Partner Mail VS and examined he internal 2.5 inch harddrive. This one in particular is a 2 gig and i bought a 40 to 44 pin IDE cable and hook it up with a computer and i was able to view it's content. can't remember the details what's in it but i would imagine is cloneable. is hard to find a 2 gig match in today's computer market so i would try to get the lowest available size and just clone it using software such as ghost and it should work right off the back.

let me know how this little mod turn out.....hehe
