Need help reading a .mkd database file...

We recently acquired a company who uses Pervasive SQL as their database. We just received a bunch of .mkd files and .ddf files. Do you know of an easy way to read these files? I assume that I would have to receive a Pervasive SQL ODBC driver? We are a SQLServer shop...

as a start. How you access the data depends on what version of PSQL you've got.
