Need help programming a customer lounge phone 3

Hello,

There is currently a phone in the lounge but when you press 9 to get out you get a fast busy. Where in the programming would I change this.

what's the ncos and tgar on a working phone on your system?

I also noticed on a working phone in the same location the
CFG_ZONE, CUR_ZONE are both set to 3 where as on this phone they were both 1

that will usually affect npa and nxx routing, but shouldn't AC1. Are you able to look at the zones in the signaling server?

i changed the zone to match the other phones then changed ncos to 1 and it worked.
