TIA for any help anyone can give me. I am very new to the Nortel Option 11 system. I am the MIS support person at my location and have been trying to learn some things about the system (we use an outside vendor for most of our progaming) to save some time and money. What I can't seem to figure out is how to actuall change things. I was trying to forward a phone but when I hit the forward button on the phone nothing happened. when i printed the TN i found that nothing was assigned to any of the keys except key 00 where the extension was. Can anyone tell me what the commands i ned to use to assign call forwarding to a key?
