need help on variables, please

I cant figure out how to pass variables (#,$,%)from my main module to a sub, and vice-versa...please help me, QB 4.5's help files didn't tell me much...

simple, in the declaration of the sub/function insert your variables as parameters:
yoursub (yourvar,yourvar2,etc..)
or you might declare a var with DIM SHARED in the main module so that you can use it even in your subs/functions
