Need help on explorer.exe

i need some help on explorer.exe

i've logged in as administrator
and explorer.exe is startup automatically

however, everytime i logged in as a normal user
i found out that explorer.exe is not started
using task manager

and so the desktop and icons cannot be seen
(just a blue screen)

is there anyway for me to login as a normal user
with explorer.exe loaded automatically also?

That should automatically happen Ryan. Try deleting the user's profile and recreating it; make sure that you give them sufficient rights (try making them an administrator, or power user). If that fails, you could be looking at a reinstall (try a repair first); sounds like Windows might have got corrupted somewhere along the line :-(

thats the prob
the login onli works
when i add them to group administrator
even if i add them to group power users
it still hangs (blue screen)

can anyone gimme some advice?

im really stuck
