Need help on Directory/Log password on M3904 5

I have a user that established a personal directory password on her 3904 phone. Now she can not remember the password and needs to retrieve a number from her list. I outted the TN and rebuilt it thinking this would erase her list but at least remove the password but it did not work. It is still asking for a password to access her directory. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Hello,

Do this in load 32

CPWD l s c u or smal system c u

Reset or Clear directory password
Small Systems, CS 1000S, MG 1000B, and MG 1000T
Allows the Directory password of the specified set to be reset
to default (12345678). This allows a user to access the
Directory if the password has been forgotten or if the user
wants to change the current password.
Applies to M3903, M3904, M3905, and IP Phone 2004.

For M3900 Phase 3 terminals the Directory password is
cleared.
Where: l = 0-255, System with Fibre Network Fabric fnf-25

Thank you - this was the first user I ever had that actually used a password - once again thanks for the timely answer. I hope I can return the favor one day.
