You put it in the Manager application and upload it to the IP Office. I think it's the full name field on the user form.
It does not go anywhere in the VP pro configuration.
In addition, if they haven't recorded their name and set a password on their mailbox it won't work - that name won't match.
*Set up a dial by name option in the VM Pro
*Then under Specific tab define how to sort by first or last name
*This searchs the full name in manager under user name
*It will look for the first or last space in the application to determine what is first or last name
**Mail box must be actived, ie usr must active their mail box, set password & record name to be used.
