Need help on a NAM upgrade

I'm looking to upgrade the ports on our NAM. I'd like to learn how to do this myself, and we're in no hurry. I've been quoted pricing on shipping the unit to other places, and having it done there and shipped back. Well, I can't take it down for days. That's the problem.

My question is, is there some software diskette or other means of upgrading NAM ports? How does this upgrade work? and how much is the cost? thanks in advance.

What model is you Norstar Application Module? Does is it have a fiber connected to it or copper? If it is a fiber it is an easy process. All you need is the vmail channel upgrade, serial number, number of sets and lines in the system, then call 800 4nortel to get the keycode.

Once you have the keycode already, press feature 983, pswd, 44, then input the key code. Do a graceful reboot after inputting the keycode under feature 915.
