HI,

I tried to create an Inventory Sales Analysis report for 2007. But the only problem I met is the Total of the report.
Everything is good. However, the total is different when I ran the report. I grouped all the Item Numbers and I need the 2007 Dollars Sold is greater or equal than $25,000. On each Item, it show the correct Qty, Returned Qty, Net Qty and Dollars Sold. But when I checked for the Total on the bottom of page, I got the wrong information. It show the total for whole year sales in 2007. But what I need is only the Dollars Sale greater or equal than $25,000. That's mean I just want the total show me that the total on Detail section. So, hope someone help!!

How did you limit the records in the detail section? Did you use suppression? Group selection?

You need a running total, one that adds using a formula, in this case greater or equal than $25,000.

If you're not already familiar with Crystal's automated totals, see FAQ767-6524.
