Need Help Identifying 2 Nortel Software Cards

I Have the following 2 Flash Software Cards.....

Neither one is working in my Flash 2 Voicemail Unit.

The first one looks like its for call pilot and the other one might be compatibility issues with the flash unit or even the KSU you are hooking it up to. What kind of system is it?

It;s being used in a StarTalk Flash 2 VM (Manufactured 03/98) - I'm currently just hooking up a PC to the serial port using Hyperterminal where it just hangs and nothing appears (I get a response from the flash 1.44 card I am trying to upgrade from) but ultimately it will hopefully be connected to a CICS 7.0

I think the 1.44 flash only works w/ cics 1.7

Yeah, Currently im only working with it on a PC Serial connection trying to get it to atleast 1.9
