Hello all

(E661979139:No Sql channel has been established. The required database drivers are not available.)
I keep getting error messages when trying to connect ( Content Server to Oracle 11g r1)
any solution please

check the release notes against your installed oracle client(version 32 bit vs 64) upto the minute detail.
CS10 is 64 bit so it may require a suitable 64 bit client.CS10 connects to oracle using client software
provided by oracle clients just like any other program

what happens when you do tnsping databasename or use sqlplus to login to the database?

Dear Appnair

the oracle database server not client and i didnt know if its 32 bit or 64 bit
so i must change orcale database for 64 bit

no anything in release notes
they said oracle 11 and didn't say r1 or r2
