hello..

im having a problem with our new customer display. we're using the old display before (c500??), and our company decided to switch to a newer one (c700). we are using aloha ver. 5.3.36 with an old version of AlohaOCD, which is not interfacing properly with c700. if someone here can provide me a newer version of AlohaOCD or any other software that can be interfaced thru aloha (orderpoint??), it will be very much appreciated..thank you so much!..=)

If the C700 is not recognized by the POS check the following:

OrderPoint! v1.2.1140 or higher and P15xx driver v3.2.0.1 or higher.

P1220, P1520, P1550, P1510: When upgrading the P15xx versions it is recommended that the previous version be uninstalled. If the system asks for the P15xx_current version.msi it can be found on the Radiant FTP site/Portal (downloads\utilities\radiant_P15xx), or by contacting the CSC.

P1515, P1560, and P1760 use the new Gen3 driver set. C700 support is native and begins with v1.1.0.0.

Also please note that the OrderPoint installation will not overwrite ICDOCDUI.XML; if you have installed an older version of OrderPoint previously that did not have C700 support, issues with the correct graphics displaying can occur. Even when OrderPoint is uninstalled the the ICDOCDUI.XML file will remain in the DATA directory; delete before reinstalling the latest version.

@bigblok403
thank u 4 the quick reply..=)

actually sir, I don't have a copy of orderpoint. I only have a copy of aloha OCD that is provided in 5.3.36 installer. After I install that software and run iber & alohaocd, the customer display is only showing around 1/4th of the screen size of the alohaocd program. I also tried to resize the flash file (AlohaOCDAttract.swf) to about the same pixel size as the customer display (800 x 480) but still the size is small..

if you have a copy of orderpoint that is compatible w/ our system, could you give me a copy?..btw, our POS is P1520 w/ XP embedded..thank you so much again!..

thank you so much!..really appreciate it..i will try it & give u a feedback..thanks..=)
