cannot reopen stdout

Happens when trying to run a command from a non root user, mostly the pg.

The same problem aslo will not let facettem run, it terminates immediately after logging in as a facetterm user.

I get things like tty10 already in use when I try running facetterm in a different way to trap the errors.

Also will get this message when trying to /etc/fuser:

cannot read name list from /unix

Hi,
It sounds like permission problems, have you changed any permission settings? On a lot of systems, fuser can only be run by root.

Its fixed thanks and it was a permissions problem.
