I'm not very familiar with these Micros systems. I was trying to test another roll printer on a workstation, and when I swapped the printers out, all the printers on that workstation stopped working. I put everything back like it was originally, and neither the IDN printer or the serial printer on that workstation will print any longer. I ran the printer line test in the diagnostics, and the printers will print just fine from there, but not from the server. Any idea what I should check? The printers are set correctly in the server...
Edit: the IDN printer started working again after a workstation reboot. I also tried to monitor the printer in the devices tab in the diagnostics, and it says "Printer not detected", even though the diagnostics can print to the printer just fine....
