Need help deleteing password on a Nortel M3903 phone directory list

I have a user that created a personal directory password on her 3904 phone. Now she can not remember the password and needs to retrieve a number from her list. I have read other forums with users having the same problem. Is their a way to reset the password in TM 3.2?

resets to 12345678
