Need help creating a browse field

I have a form that has a field that is actually an OLE Object in my table. That object is just a picture file, so the picture actually shows up on the form for that record. I would like to create a field in the form where the user (when adding a new item) can click the browse button and browse to find the picture file for that particular record. How is this done, and what would I need to change in my table as well?
