Need help call forwarding main number to an external number

Please let me know if it is possible to forward main number to an external number.
Currently it is configure to ring at 2616 phone.

Most things are possible on the Meridian. It depends on how the main number is currently being answered. You stated it's a M2616 phone. How are your main lines configured?. Is it a PRI or analogue trunk. There are various ways to do this. You could intercept the calls by using a ACD or Phantom DN and have it set to dial out externally.

It is a PRI . Currently It is ringing at M2616 phone. Can you please guide me how to program a forward all calls to go to an external number?

The chances are that your calls are ringing to the M2616 via an entry in a IDC table in LD 49. However, it might also be via the console NIT settings in LD 15/21.

It might also be set against your PRI channels and you will need to check in LD 20.
