Need help calculating in Access

I've created a table in Access based on a survey that consists of 80 questions and a combo box for responses to the survey questions (yes, no or partial) and which region they belong to (total of 5 regions).

Table Example:

Question 1 Response Region

Now I want to be able to determine the number, percentage and total broken down by region, question # and response such as:

Region 5
Question 1 4 Yes 3 No 1 Partial 8 Total Responses
50% 37% 13% 100%
Question 2 1 Yes 1 No 6 Partial 8 Total Responses
12.5% 12.5% 75% 100%

What's the best way to accomplish this? Thanks in advance for your help!!!!!!
