Need help ASAP...Crystal 9 crashing

Hello,

We have recently purchased crystal reports 9 advanced and have been using the developer full product release of crystal 9. The developer version has been working perfectly for about 6 months on my p.c. Now, since we purchased the advanced version of 9, I upgraded my p.c. It installed correctly, however, I can sometimes using the report designer. What I mean by this is for the majority, everytime I open up the designer, and connect to a database(if lucky)crystal 9 advanced closes and says crw32.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for any inconvenience. Then I have to close out of it. Again this will happen with whatever I do. i.e open report, close report, save report, connect to odbc etc. There is no pattern of error.
Now I have dot net on my p.c, running xp, have installed the service packs, patches etc. Tried to remove all keys from the registry(crystal keys) and reinstalled and still not working. I have 2 other pc.s with the same setup that is not functioning either. However, I just received a test p.c. with just xp on it and then installed crystal 9 advanced and everything is fine. Any ideas what is happening. Thanks.
 
I'm having same problem, pls let me know if you have solution to it,
