Need Help Aloha Set Up

We just purchased a restaurant and took over the aloha contract. We needed to put all our new employees in and in deleting the old there doesn't seem to be a boh login any more. How can I either undelete the employees or set up a new master employee so that we can log in and get started? Any help would be appreciated.

What version are you on. To revert back to another day, just copy all the data from a previous day.

I take it your not open for business, so loosing sales data won't be a problem.
In Windows, My Computer.
Browse to the Aloha Directory.

Either c:\aloha\ or c:\bootdrv\aloha or d:\aloha

right click on newdata folder select rename -
rename the newdata folder to olddata.
right click on 20110326 or a previous day that had good employee files rename the dated folder to newdata.

Go into Aloha - Maintnance - store settings - system, change the Date of Business to today's date.

Make employee changes adding your nre manager information, then under utilities - refresh data to send the updated information to the terminals.
