Brush Script MT
I would say that it is not a free font.
MT is the maker of the Font, just like BT is Bitstream,
MT is (I think) Monotype and hence not free.
So Anyone sending you that font is breaking the font law.
If you cannot download it from the internet then it's not a free font.
You will have to buy it.

The script referred to comes with Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, and XP.

There's always a better way. The fun is trying to find it!
