Need Download of IE V5.X 1

I am working as a library volunteer. We have older computers with I.E. 4.X and need 5.0 or better (minimimum size, preferably browser only) to be able to load Norton AV. Can't find anywhere to download from. Help .........please.

One further wish on my list. My own computers are broadband connected. The computers I need the I.E. for are dial-up only.
Is there a way to download the complete I.E. to my computer via broadband for subsequent installation on the libarary computers - perhaps via Zip drive?
