Need Different Backup Company 1

Hi.

We've been using BackupExec for 10-12 years. I've had it with their licensing department, and am searching for another software to move to. Our requirements ( that I can think of ) include:

unlimited backup to hard drives on other PC's
unlimited backup to tape from multiple servers on one segment
work with tape libraries
Good Support ( which Symantec/Veritas has usually )


Any suggestions?

You could have a look at Acronis. I don't use it myself but everyone who I have spoke to who does tells me that it is excellent.

Lee is right. Look to an imaged based backup solution. Acronis is good. Also check out Storagecraft.

Thanks to both of you for the info. As it turns out our budget just disappeared. Thus we're staying with Backupexec.
