The short answer from me is that I don't know.
But with some playing around with the databases maybe you can.
If for example you have a handset registered to a base station in a stores area then it should be initially registered to that stores base and not to for example the office area as it will be permanently roaming.
As far as I know it is merely a hunt group scenario but maybe you can find out some more on it.
