need Canon printer to work!!!

Has anyone successfully mapped the Canon Multipass C755 printer?

I can't find what printer to map it to. Thanks!

How about searching Canon's site and downloading the corporate drivers for this printer, install them and test it!

Company rule that we can't put drivers on the citrix servers. Just curious if anyone has succesfully used these printers in citrix. What a pain for non-hp printers.

What reason would this be? "Company rule that we can't put drivers on the citrix servers." So, you map every printer out there to the default drivers that come with Windows? I don't get it. Some worry over security?

Your best bet would be to mail Canon and ask them for a standard W2K CD Printer driver that you could map to!

Can't see that personally though!

What about Enabling Citrix FR so that you can use the Citrix Univeral Printer driver? You will loose some features but you'll be able to print documents???
