Need auto attendant dial option 0 to go to voice mail

Our auto attendant currenty has an dial option "Dial 0 for an operator" but we don't have "live" operators. So I need this to call thru to an voice mail on a specific DN. I've tried to assign 0 in Meridian Mail but 0 is not an option only 1 - 9 ???

your trying to build a box 0? look at general options and make the dial 0 a working number or a 4 digit number..

or just go to the switch and build an acd 0, maxp1 ncfw to mail.. then add 0 as a service dn that either does express mail to a mb or calls a live person..their must be 40 ways to build this one... if 0 is att dn, change that so you can send it to a mb.. (ld 21 prt att)

Revert DN in the meridian mail is the operator dn. Send it to a dummy number forwarded to that mailbox.
