Need Answer to DBNETSX Protocol error

Does anyone know what this error message means cannot find anything:

DBNETSX: system_is_busy - Protocol Err= 2
 
What are you trying to do exactly?

What load is the PBX at?

What Mitai SDK are you using?
 
you are running ent/OPS man right?
This is a known issue, check under KPI

 
That is one of the errors in my Maintainance logs. Yes I have Ent/Ops Man, what is the KPI?

don't really know what it means, do you have MOL access?
KPI (known product issues) is under the knowledge base.

what virgin software are you running, what system blah blah blah?
 
We have a Mitel 3300 CXi
with software version 9.12

we have ops manager version Release 5.0.1.2

MN00266990 Error log system is busy protocol err=2 on every sync from ops
REPORTED IN SW LOAD 8.0.11.7
SYMPTOMS
Every time ops does a sync you get this log
617 WARNING 2008/09/14 07:25:09 Call Control Software Software log_outputs_util_en.c(1595)

DBNETSX: system_is_busy
Protocol Err= 2
