Need Advice: MCSE 2000 online training

Hello,
I am an NT 4.0 MCSE needing to upgrade to 2000. I have chosen to go with online training. Can anybody refer me to a good online training center. I have looked for reviews for online training centers with no success. I am looking for a school that just doesn't give you the answers you need to know to pass the test but really tries to give you the know how to work in such an environment as I am still relatively new to networking. Any advice, referals or links will be greatly appreciated. Thank-you as always.
