NEED Admin help for Option 11C, got manuals??

Oh here I go again, my company just partnered with another company that has an Option 11C, they have no telecom person and they want me to come in and add some new phones and modify others. Of course they have no manuals and I have no experinece on Nortel. Anyone out there have any idea where I can get Option 11C Administration manuals? We have the Meridian Mail Manuals so I figured out how to toggle between mail and the PBX but that is as far as I can go.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can go to nortelnetworks.com and sign up for access to the 'Helmsman Express' online documentation where you can download the admin and maintenance manuals in pdf format.

Thanks everyone for the info. I didnt know how to register as Helmans Express. However, I finally found the Load Manual I was looking for on the Nortel Website. Has anyone taken the Nortel Support Specialist/Expert Certs? I'm going to be taken the test and wanted to know how hard they are.

I have taken 4 of them - the 801 was the hardest for me. I failed the first time and then took a class - that helped a lot. The rest I have taken - 321, 138, and 320 were hard enough - not like the old tests that you can use your books for - but were at least PBX stuff that we deal with all the time.

Nortel Networks has info on each test - what it covers and sample questions that some of which were on the tests.
